  1. I have a problem with my home pc.Devices as follows : mouse (one port constant) , Modem ( one 
  2. port on and off use) , Serial coms link ( one port on and off use).
  3. The problem all are used under Windows 3.11 but if mouse on com2 and modem shares com1 eg modem 
  4.  com1 serial device com3 then I have irratic use of modem or serial device. I am not trying to 
  5. use the modem and the serial at the same time. It seems as if Dos or Windows is not able to 
  6. handle the use of com1 & com3. Please to comment and offer answers.
